Do you ship internationally?

No — we currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

What delivery services do you use?

We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48. Options and prices are shown at checkout.

How long does dispatch take?

All items are ready-made and are usually dispatched within 1–4 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer — if so, this will be indicated at checkout.

How long does delivery take once dispatched?

Delivery times are estimates:

. Royal Mail Tracked 48: typically 2–3 working days

. Royal Mail Tracked 24: typically 1–2 working days

Is your packaging discreet?

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet, non-descriptive packaging with no explicit wording on the outside.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not at the moment — we don’t currently offer a gift-wrapping service.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the intimate nature of many of our items, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help. If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a like-for-like replacement (where available) or a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

What are the conditions for faulty item returns?

. Return the item within 14 days (UK orders)

. Items must be returned in original condition

. Please use a tracked or signed-for service

. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs

. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible only if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Once dispatched, orders can’t be cancelled.

Are your items intended for adults only?

Yes — our items are intended for consenting adults (18+).

Are dimensions exact?

Because our items are handmade, measurements and weights are approximate and may vary slightly between pieces.

Do you sell on other platforms?

We may also sell items on other platforms or at specialist events. If an item sells simultaneously elsewhere, orders are fulfilled first-come, first-served, and a full refund will be issued if necessary.
