Where we ship
We ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing time
All items are ready-made and are typically dispatched within 1–4 working days of your order being placed (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer — if this happens we’ll let you know.
Delivery services
We send orders using tracked delivery wherever possible. Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout.

Discreet packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no explicit wording on the outside. The return address will show TKE and our address.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option you choose.
Order tracking
If tracking is available for your chosen service, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Lost, delayed, or damaged deliveries
If your parcel appears delayed, please allow the courier a little extra time before contacting us. If you believe your parcel is lost, contact us and we’ll help you investigate with the delivery provider.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can help.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge postage again to resend it.
