Shipping policy

Where we ship:

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.

Unfortunately, due to current product compliance requirements, we are unable to ship to countries within the European Union at this time.

If your country is not available at checkout, please feel free to contact us before placing an order.

Processing time:

All items are ready-made and are typically dispatched within 1–4 working days of your order being placed (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery services:

We use tracked delivery services wherever possible. Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Tracked: 2–4 working days
  • Express Tracked: 1–2 working days

United States

  • International Tracked: Typically 5–14 working days

Duties, taxes and import charges:

For orders shipped to the United States, any applicable duties, taxes and import charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout where available.

Customers should review all charges before completing their purchase.

Discreet packaging:

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no explicit wording relating to the contents on the outside of the parcel.

The return address will show TKE and our business address.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, parcel weight and selected delivery service.

Order tracking:

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost, delayed or damaged deliveries:

If your parcel appears delayed, please allow the courier additional time before contacting us.

If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the issue with the delivery provider.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and item so we can assist you.

Incorrect address:

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage charges may apply before the order can be resent.
