Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Returns are only accepted where an item arrives faulty or damaged..

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (where relevant)

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.


Conditions for faulty/damaged returns (UK)

  • Buyers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • If a return is required, items must be returned within 14 days of us confirming the return

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (unless we agree otherwise)

  • Items must be returned using a tracked or signed-for service

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, including original packaging where possible

  • If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value


Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed for dispatch. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help if the order has not yet been dispatched.


Refunds (UK Only)

If a refund is agreed, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

When refunds are processed

  • If a return is required, refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.

Timeframes

  • Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days.

  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Postage and delivery charges

  • Original postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty/damaged.

  • Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Partial refunds

If an item is returned but is not in its original condition (for example, shows signs of use or is missing parts/packaging), we may offer a reduced refund to reflect any loss in value.
