Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products and their intended use on or against the body, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, unwanted items, incorrect purchases, or sizing preferences.

Returns are only accepted where an item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the item ordered.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging where relevant

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund.

Conditions for Faulty or Damaged Returns

  • Buyers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • If a return is required, items must be returned within 14 days of us confirming the return.
  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Items must be returned using a tracked or signed-for service.
  • Items must be returned unused and in their original condition wherever possible, including original packaging.
  • For hygiene, safety, and customer protection reasons, returned items must not show signs of use and must be returned in the condition received, unless the return relates to a fault or defect.
  • If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed for dispatch.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refunds

If a refund is agreed, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

When Refunds Are Processed

If a return is required, refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Timeframes

Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to display the refund in your account.

Postage, Shipping & Delivery Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

International Orders

For international orders, any duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees paid at checkout are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by law.

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, any return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from any refund due.

Partial Refunds

If an item is returned but is not in its original condition (for example, shows signs of use, damage, or is missing parts or packaging), we may offer a reduced refund to reflect any loss in value.
